Male Spring Peepers have a darker throat with loose skin. Males have loose skin on their throats. because they inflate their vocal sacs while calling. Female Spring Peepers have cream-colored throats.
You can see the black-and-white eggs visible through a patch of translucent skin on the belly of female Spring Peepers.
